Shipping Policy

  • If your shipping address is different from billing address, we will call and verify the ship to address before shipping. If verification can't be confirmed the order will be canceled.
  • We ship to anywhere in the lower 48 states only.
  • We use UPS and US Priority Mail.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated when the customer places the items in the cart and proceeds to check out. 
  • We strive to insure all items are packaged carefully before shipping to prevent damage.
  • If you receive a shipment that is damaged contact us immediately. 
  • It is customer's responsibility to inspect all ground packages and freight orders for damage.
  • If damage is found on a freight order, it needs to be noted on delivery ticket before signing. Then contact us immediately so we can file claim with shipping company. 
  • If you do not note any damages on freight ticket before signing for shipment, then the trucking company is released from all damage claims and no replacement shipment will be sent.
  • On all UPS shipments, pictures of damaged items and shipping box will need to be sent so a claim can be filed before replacement order can be sent out. 
  • Please keep all damaged boxes, parts and packing material as they came to you. Shipper will want to collect these items for inspection before paying claim.
  • Please allow 3 to 10 days for delivery on all orders depending on your location.
  • Shipping costs are as low as $9.95
Return Policy
  • If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately.
  • A return cannot be accepted after 30 days from date of sale.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
  • We cannot accept parts that have been installed, primed, painted or altered in anyway.
  • All non-stock items/special order items will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • All Electrical Parts are non-returnable.
  • The original shipping cost is not refundable as well as return shipping cost, this is customers responsibility.
  • No returns will be accepted on any missing items in kits, such as hardware etc. 
  • There are no re-stocking fees on all stock items returned within 30 days in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Packaging cannot be damaged. 
  • As always it is the customers responsibility to check all parts for proper fit BEFORE installation.
